As Fall Sets In Real Estate Sales Slow Slightly

The Twin Cities real estate market has been very strong in 2017 but as we head in to fall, there is often a slight slowdown in activity across the board....listings, pendings, and closed sales. That said, home prices continue to increase up 6.7% compared to last year. Listing inventory remains as low as anyone can remember at 12,502 homes for sale in the metro.
