I have been involved in over 1,200 transactions in my 27 year career. Extensive background in various areas of real estate in which I have done all of the following personally and can properly guide you based on my own experiences... personal residence, investing, re-hab/flips, Remodeling/design, vacation rentals & renovating personal homes. I can appropriately tell my clients what it will cost to improve/upgrade a property & whether upgrades are a solid investment.

I hold brokers licenses both in Minnesota and Florida. I currently have several long term & Vacation Rentals in Florida. I have bought, sold and invested throughout the Florida and MN for the past 22 years. If you are thinking of a SW Florida move/investment, I can help you find the right area.
