... That's what my resume would read. However, buying a home is a BIG, exciting, nerve-wracking, and potentially stressful decision! I'm a Twin Cities native - I grew up in White Bear Lake and now live in Lakeville with stops in Eagan and Apple Valley in between! My husband and I have 2 chocolate labs named Koda and Kenai that seem to have endless energy and eat anything that isn't nailed down - whether it's food or not... Anyone else make semi-annual visits to the emergency vet? No? Just us? Rounding out our family is our son Carter who joined us in May 2021. At the time of writing, he is now walking and I don't remember the last time I was able to sit down for more than 3 minutes. We have a household that is constantly in motion and we wouldn't have it any other way! 

I took the most round-about path getting to this profession (My Master's thesis was on sea turtle survival and reproduction rates... No joke!) but I'm a firm believer that everything happens for a reason and I was meant to land here. After building our home in Lakeville, I was in love with the construction process and decided to enter the real estate profession as a listing agent for a national builder for over 3 years- selling nearly 80 homes. This experience has given me a UNIQUE perspective and expertise to educate my buyers that are looking at new construction! My husband and I are also firm believers in the power of real estate as an investment opportuity. We purchased our first investment property - a long term rental - in the spring of 2022 and plan to grow our portfolio in the coming years. Not every agent has experience in these niche areas of real estate so I welcome ANY questions you may have on them!
