As a third generation Realtor, Andy may have been destined to follow in his relatives' footsteps, but spend a little time talking to him, and it's clear he's not in the industry simply to carry on the family tradition. Andy is passionate about creating positive experiences for his clients and is highly regarded for his innovative and forward-thinking approach to helping them achieve their goals.

Andy has a desire to raise the bar in the real estate industry and has a whatever-it-takes attitude when it comes to doing his best by his clients – likely the reason so many go to him again and again for their real estate needs. Andy is also an experienced negotiator with a knack for expertly navigating complicated transactions. A full-time Realtor since 2004 (he worked in the mortgage industry before that), Andy has become a recognized leader, having mentored and trained dozens of agents while starting, growing and eventually selling a mid-sized brokerage. He's also served on the board of directors of the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors® and was a contributing writer for real estate content on the Wall Street Journal's Marketwatch.com website. Andy's clients benefit from his enthusiasm for his profession, his strong connections within the industry, as well as his in-depth knowledge of the market.

Outside of work, Andy strives to be the best dad he can to his twin son and daughter and enjoys traveling with his wife, DeAnna, and spending time with friends and family.
