My name is Hannah Schmidt and I am a local real estate agent agent in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Between my fascination with real estate and my love for people, I have cultivated an incredible buying and selling process for my clients!

My team and I spend time getting to know each person and their specific needs. We create a plan for each client to achieve their real estate goals, and have a seamless process from start to finish! While I love working with sellers and buyers, I also specialize in assisting investors begin, and grow their real estate portfolio. My husband and I both own long term rentals, airbnbs, and flip homes, which has allowed me to have so much knowledge to share and help others do the same! I bring that experience and knowledge to my clients, and let them use everything we have learned over the years!
