About Harlee

I’m Harlee Vokon, a real estate agent based in Owatonna with deep roots in the Ellendale and Geneva area. My journey into real estate wasn’t a straight line, but every step along the way helped shape the agent I am today. From nearly a decade in banking and lending to hands-on experience flipping homes with my husband, I’ve built a career on understanding value, both in homes and in relationships.

Before getting my real estate license, I spent years evaluating homes from a lender’s perspective and managing loan operations. I also spent time as a CNA in the hospice field - work that grounded me in empathy, patience, and the importance of human connection. Real estate felt like the natural next step. A way to combine my background in finance, my love of homes, and my passion for helping people through major life transitions.

What sets me apart is my ability to see the full picture. With over a decade of experience in home evaluation, and direct access to a trusted general contractor (my husband!), I bring more to the table than just paperwork and showings. I offer insight, honesty, and genuine dedication to making sure my clients feel like they’re my top priority - because they are!

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me in the garden, canning whatever’s in season, or chasing around our two energetic Australian Shepherds. I also love tagging along on the golf course with my husband; though I’ll admit I’m mostly in it for the fresh air.
