I approach real estate as both a transaction and a marketing exercise.

With more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and negotiation, I have a sharp eye for how a property is positioned, presented, and ultimately perceived. Pricing matters. Photography matters. Messaging matters. Timing matters. And yes, sometimes moving one chair six inches absolutely matters.

I am candid, strategic, and highly personal in the way I work. I will tell you what I think, explain why I think it, and never manufacture urgency just to move things along. There is still a little New York in me, which means I value straight answers, strong strategy, and not wasting anyone’s time.

After more than a decade in Saint Paul, though, this city is very much home. I love its architecture, neighborhoods, history, restaurants, and the fact that two homes three blocks apart can live very different lives. Selling well here takes more than square footage and comparable sales. It takes understanding what makes a property compelling, then making sure the right buyers see it that way too.

For buyers, I bring that same perspective to the search. I look beyond finishes and listing photos to help you understand value, opportunity, and the things that may matter long after the excitement of finding “the one” wears off.
