I have been a Real Estate Broker for 30 years. I am licensed in MN, WI & FL. I was the broker/owner of Beacon Properties, a full-service Real Estate Brokerage offering Residential, Commercial, Investor, Development & Consulting services. in 2018 I merged with eXp Realty, a nationwide and international virtual brokerage. I help people buy and sell residential real estate and commercial clients locate and negotiate the sale and lease of office, industrial, manufacturing, and retail space. I am also a partner with an investment real estate company that assists buyers by consulting with them on all their options in selling a distressed or unwanted property. We show them all their options including us buying the property "As-Is" for cash which gives them an easy and quick solution should they decide to go that route. I have become a Certified Mentor, Trainer, and ICON Agent with eXp Realty and train new agents coming into the industry on how to successfully start and build a real estate career. I also sponsor existing agents, teams, and brokers that see the advantage of moving to eXp Realty and help them through that transition.
