About Shannon
As a Realtor, who has assisted hundreds of buyers and sellers over the past 20 years, I bring a wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise to the transaction. With no 2 transactions being the same, it is important that you need an expert in real estate. I am happy to share my past experiences and knowledge to assist my buyers and sellers through a smooth transactions and achieve home ownership.
I started my Real Estate career in 2005. Prior to that, I attended St. Cloud State University, and obtained my Bachelors in Paralegal Studies. I worked in the legal field for several years before transitioning in to Real Estate. My legal background and understanding of the processes compliment my ability to navigate the ever-changing challenges of today’s Real Estate Market. I have worked heavily with Traditional Buyers and Sellers, as well as REO, Investment Properties, Probate/Estate Properties and Distressed Property Transactions over the past 10+ years. I consider myself an agent who’s an expert in the Twin Cities and surrounding area, and bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling all types of Real Estate. I do understand that every Real Estate transaction and every client is unique and has certain requirements when purchasing and selling a home.
